DLeader Pitches KumiChem™ at HVC KYOTO 2026, One of Japan’s Largest Healthcare Pitch Events

DLeader presented KumiChem™, its AI platform for RNA drug discovery, at HVC KYOTO 2026 Demo Day on July 14, 2026. The event brought together life sciences investors, pharmaceutical companies, and researchers from Japan and around the world, providing an opportunity to share DLeader’s vision and approach to advancing RNA drug discovery with AI.

DLeader participated as the selected representative team from BIE Japan Workshop 2026, following its Best Potential Award win. Led by Kyoto University Hospital’s Institute for Advancement of Clinical and Translational Science (iACT), with support from SPARK Global and other organizations, the workshop helps teams translate biomedical research into practical applications and viable businesses.

Through opportunities such as HVC KYOTO, DLeader will expand engagement with pharmaceutical companies, biotechnology companies, and research institutions to advance KumiChem™’s development, validation, and collaborations in Japan and internationally.

HVC KYOTO connects healthcare startups with pharmaceutical companies and investors to support partnerships, joint research, and fundraising. It is jointly organized by JETRO, Kyoto Prefecture, the City of Kyoto, and Kyoto Research Park.
