Mini Review on AI for RNA Drug Discovery Published in Frontiers

DLeader Founder & CEO Qingwen Chen published the mini review “From small molecules to oligonucleotides: artificial intelligence for RNA-targeted drug discovery” in Frontiers in Chemical Biology. The article was contributed as part of the special Research Topic “Chemical Biology and Pharmacology,” developed following the InnoPharm 2025 conference in San Francisco. The review examines recent advances in applying AI to RNA-targeted drug discovery across small molecules and oligonucleotide therapeutics, including ASOs and siRNAs, and discusses opportunities for integrating RNA biology, molecular design, safety evaluation, and therapeutic validation through AI.
