DLeader Selected for Techstars Tokyo 2025, Secures US$120,000 in Pre-Seed Funding

DLeader has been selected for Techstars Tokyo 2025, joining a cohort of 12 startups chosen from applicants across 120 countries and regions. The program’s acceptance rate was below 1%.

Alongside its selection, DLeader has secured US$120,000 in pre-seed investment from a Techstars-managed fund. The funding will advance the development of KumiChem™, DLeader’s AI platform for RNA drug discovery, support pilot projects and business development with pharmaceutical companies, biotechnology companies, and research institutions, and lay the groundwork for international expansion.

Through the program, DLeader will work with entrepreneurs, investors, industry leaders, and mentors to refine its product around the needs of drug discovery teams, strengthen partnerships, and accelerate business growth.
