Dr. Takeshi Yamada Joins DLeader as Scientific Advisor
Dr. Takeshi Yamada, Project Junior Associate Professor at the Nucleotide and Peptide Drug Discovery Center (TIDE), Institute of Science Tokyo, has been appointed Scientific Advisor to DLeader, effective November 2025.

Drawing on Dr. Yamada’s expertise and research experience in nucleic acid therapeutics, DLeader will strengthen the scientific foundation and development of KumiChem™, its AI platform for RNA drug discovery. His guidance will help align platform development with the practical challenges facing drug discovery teams and advance the application of AI in RNA therapeutics research.

The TIDE Center at Institute of Science Tokyo brings together research in oligonucleotide, mRNA, and peptide therapeutics. Combining expertise in medicine and engineering with drug delivery and structural design technologies, the center advances new therapeutic approaches for difficult-to-treat and rare diseases.
