Pitched at Techstars Tokyo 2025 Demo Day
DLeader successfully completed the three-month Techstars Tokyo Accelerator 2025 program and presented KumiChem™ at Demo Day in Tokyo, marking an important milestone in the company’s growth.
The Demo Day brought together more than 400 attendees, including investors, corporate leaders, entrepreneurs, mentors, and ecosystem partners. As one of the 12 startups selected for the Techstars Tokyo 2025 cohort, DLeader presented its vision for KumiChem™, an AI platform designed to accelerate and streamline RNA drug discovery.
During the three-month accelerator program, DLeader worked closely with experienced entrepreneurs, investors, industry leaders, and mentors from Japan and around the world. Through intensive mentorship, customer discovery, business development, and investor engagement, the team further refined its product strategy, business model, and positioning for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.
The program also provided valuable opportunities to introduce KumiChem™ to potential customers and investors, with growing interest from pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and research organizations. DLeader continues to develop KumiChem™ as an AI-native platform that connects scientific data, specialized models, and research workflows to support researchers across the RNA drug discovery process.
DLeader extends its appreciation to the Techstars Tokyo team, its mentors, fellow founders, JETRO, Mitsui Fudosan, and the broader Techstars community for their continued support throughout the program.
Building on the experience, network, and insights gained through Techstars Tokyo, DLeader will continue advancing KumiChem™, expanding collaborations with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, and accelerating its mission to build the infrastructure for the next generation of RNA drug discovery.
