DLeader Pitches Global Vision for KumiChem™ at Techstars Tokyo 2025 Demo Day

DLeader marked its graduation from Techstars Tokyo 2025 with a Demo Day pitch showcasing KumiChem™, its AI platform for RNA drug discovery, and its vision for global growth. As one of 12 startups in the cohort, DLeader presented to more than 400 investors, corporate representatives, entrepreneurs, mentors, and startup ecosystem stakeholders.

Throughout the three-month program, DLeader refined its product and business strategy through intensive mentorship, customer discovery, and investor discussions. Engagement with pharmaceutical companies, biotechnology companies, and research institutions sharpened KumiChem™’s value proposition and business model while expanding the company’s network for collaboration in Japan and internationally.

DLeader’s ambition is to build a foundational AI platform for RNA drug discovery—connecting scientific data, specialized models, and research workflows to support design, evaluation, and decision-making. Building on its Techstars experience, the company will accelerate validation in research settings, advance product development, and pursue strategic partnerships to bring technology developed in Japan to drug discovery teams worldwide.
