KumiChem™ web beta now available
Accelerating ASO and siRNA design with transparent candidate ranking
DLeader has launched the web beta of KumiChem™, its nucleic acid therapeutic design platform for pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies and research institutions. Combining ASO and siRNA design templates with large language model (LLM) capabilities, KumiChem™ supports a browser-based workflow from initial design to candidate comparison and evaluation.
Researchers can initiate designs with simple prompts and examine candidate rankings alongside the rationale behind them. By providing visibility into each step and its supporting details, KumiChem™ helps research teams evaluate results and make informed candidate selection decisions.
In one use case, a design process that had required approximately two weeks of manual work was completed in approximately 20 minutes, with detailed information provided throughout the workflow. This illustrates the platform’s potential to shorten design cycles and free researchers to focus on evaluating candidates and planning experiments.
The beta is now open to users. DLeader welcomes feedback from pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and academic research teams to guide the continued development of KumiChem™.
